Team Building: Customized team engagement process, commonly achieved through identifying common values and principles and co-developing strong practices to help them operationalize their commitments, name and strategize about dysfunctions and build better teams.  In addition to group process facilitation, this may also involve some interpersonal mediation and management coaching or communications and or anti-oppression training.
